Ross Altman Part of Seminar Panel at Practicing Law Institute’s Construction Projects and Infrastructure 2022

On July 15, 2022, Ross Altman will be participating as a panel member in the upcoming program Construction Projects and Infrastructure 2022, sponsored by Practicing Law Institute (PLI). This one-day online program includes 6 seminars and aims to help “bolster the skills and understanding of successful contracting, recent financing, and project management strategies” of outside counsel, in-house attorneys, construction contract procurement professionals, and government officers working in the construction and infrastructure space.

Ross will be part of the panel discussion titled Structuring for Success: Collateral Agreements, Delivery Systems Strategies and Project Risk Alignment. He will focus his discussion on use of delivery methodology, unintended consequences of risk transfer, lender issues and potential conflicts, and historical success/failure rate of large projects and reasons for such results.
