Congratulations to New L&B Partner – Mark Noth

Laurie & Brennan, LLP is proud to announce Mark Noth as the firm’s newest partner. Mark has been a valued member of the Laurie & Brennan team since 2018 and was recently named a 2023 Construction Litigation Rising Star by the Super Lawyers publication. 

Mark’s national practice focuses on complex construction and government contract disputes. He has extensive experience counseling contractors, developers, owners, and other stakeholders on how to best resolve project disputes and regularly advises his clients in non-litigation matters from contract negotiation through project completion.  

Before joining the firm, Mark served as in-house counsel to one of the largest general contractors in North America, where he gained hands-on experience addressing and resolving disputes and negotiating design, construction, joint venture, and teaming agreements on a variety of private and government building, transportation, and water projects.
