Brendan Witry to Present February Hot Topic to Division 7 of ABA

On Thursday, Attorney Brendan Witry will present the February Hot Topic to Division 7 (Surety, Bonds, Insurance) of the American Bar Association Forum on Construction Law discussing CGL coverage in construction defect litigation after the recent pivotal Illinois Supreme Court decision in Acuity v. M/I Homes of Chicago, 2023 IL 129087. Brendan will also provide a general overview of how various other jurisdictions approach CGL coverage in construction defect litigation.
