Katherine Ferry concentrates her practice in construction litigation. Kate represents owners, developers, contractors, and subcontractors in the prosecution and defense of construction claims.

A collaborative team player, Kate demonstrates a high level of efficiency with her attention to detail and responsiveness. Her ability to understand, organize, and communicate complicated information, along with her interpersonal skills, makes her an asset to her teams and clients.

Prior to joining the firm, Kate represented clients at two national litigation firms in a variety of matters in state and federal courts throughout Illinois and Indiana.

In her free time, Kate enjoys cooking, reading, and exploring Chicago’s diverse restaurant scene with friends and family.
