Ms. Sterling concentrates her practice on construction litigation as well as contract negotiations. She represents owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors and tenants in litigation and alternative dispute resolution.

PERSONAL

In her free time, Sierra watches or thinks about baseball (Go Royals!), enjoys spending time with her husband, and happily serves as a resource for all things Star Wars and Game of Thrones related.

Ms. Sterling was selected as the first-place winner in the American Bar Association’s Forum on Affordable Housing and Community Development’s national writing competition. Her article, “Balancing Risk and Opportunity: The Status and Future of the FHA Mortgage Insurance Fund Following the Mortgage Crisis,” was published in the ABA Journal of Affordable Housing & Community Development Law, Volume 23-1 (2014).
